Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park

After 75 years leading the way in motorsports – introducing the first purpose-built road course and first asphalt high-banked oval in America – Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park (TSMP) is now proud to offer even more. TSMP today includes NASCAR racing on our 5/8 mile Oval, a 1.7 mile Road Course, a first class Golf Club, our Clubhouse restaurant with a banquet and catering facility, our exclusive Drivers Club, and an Exotic Car Driving Experience.

TSMP is centrally located between Boston, Providence and New York City, and just 45 minutes from Mohegan Sun. Although we've been a racetrack since 1940 and a golf course since 1947, we never stop improving.

Come see for yourself. Join us for racing, golf outings, corporate events, drinks, lunch, dinner – or simply the best ice cream in the region. It's our goal to provide you with the finest, most complete racing, entertainment and leisure experience in New England.

SCCA Track Night in America

SCCA Track Night in America, Driven by Tire Rack is the fastest way for automotive enthusiasts to get on a race circuit. No previous on-track experience required.

SCCA Track Night in America will visit nearly 20 facilities around the U.S. in 2015 from April through August. Events generally run from 4pm to 8pm on weekdays, leaving weekends free for other obligations. Generally, each specified race circuit will host one Track Night in America monthly during the spring and summer.

Realizing that traditional road courses have always been a bit of a secret society, the SCCA created Track Night in America as a way to remove the mystery around such facilities. The goal is to eliminate hurdles that keep people from enjoying local racing circuits and open the doors so everyone can come and play.
